Madeline Blandford graduated from James Madison University in the spring of 2024 with a B.A. in International Affairs, concentrating in Human Development, and a minor in Criminal Justice. In the summer of 2025, she furthered her legal education by earning a paralegal certificate through CLS by BARBRI. She now serves as the firm’s Intake Specialist, where she is often the first point of contact for clients seeking support and guidance.

Born in Thailand and raised across multiple countries, Madeline’s international upbringing has profoundly shaped her worldview. Friends and colleagues consistently describe her as compassionate, outgoing, and selfless, qualities that are reflected in both her personal and professional life. Her empathy, along with her growing passion for employment law, allows her to connect deeply with clients and understand the challenges faced by individuals navigating workplace injustices.

Madeline is dedicated to service and enjoys engaging in volunteer opportunities, especially her trips to Nepal and Tanzania assisting in community development projects. These experiences have strengthened her cross-cultural communication skills, adaptability, and global perspective.
