Attorney Brianna Gaddy is a trusted advocate for employers navigating the challenges of today’s workplace. She advises clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws, develops and reviews workplace policies, and conducts internal investigations to address potential issues before they escalate. When disputes arise, she represents employers in federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies, handling claims of discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, wrongful discharge, and other complex employment matters.

Clients rely on Brianna for her ability to simplify complicated legal and regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance. She regularly conducts training and counsels leadership teams to help them proactively identify risks and create workplaces that are both legally compliant and productive. In litigation, Brianna is an experienced advocate who has second-chaired a jury trial to verdict, conducted and defended depositions, cross-examined key witnesses, and argued motions in state and federal court.

Brianna’s perspective is grounded in years of diverse legal experience in both the private and public sector. 

A skilled writer and advocate, Brianna served as Articles Editor of the Administrative Law Review. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law, where she honed her advocacy skills through moot court competitions. She received her B.A. in Global Studies and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
